Office Closure: 

As of now, visitors to the office will be limited only to those with an appointment or those who are attending activities Please call the office to make an appointment at 920-731-9831. 

In-Person Activities:

Check our newsletters for our steady introduction of bringing back in-person activities. There are a few activities throughout June at local parks. We will continue to practice safe social distancing and limiting attendees in order to keep our participants safe and healthy. COVID-19 Vaccine FAQ

The Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD)-Living Well grant has been working on plain language materials on the COVID-19 vaccine.  They have been working with Mitch Hagopian from Disability Rights Wisconsin and Marcia Stickel R.N. who both have a role on the State Medical Disaster Committee. Special Olympics:

All Special Olympics WI sanctioned sports are cancelled through August 31st. In lieu of Special Olympics sports, SOAR Fox Cities will be offering recreational sports. There will be no competitions, and no uniforms, but you will still learn valuable skills and be able to socialize safely at a distance! Contact Lisa Volkman for more information on rec sports.

Registration is closed for this season, but keep in mind for next year!


Basketball will look different this year.  There are 3 levels of skills.  First practice is on January 18th!   As soon as information is released from Special Olympics of WI, we will have answers.  A registration form is available HERE or e-mail Lisa V. at and she will get one to you!


There will be no Powerlifting practices or competitions this year due to COVID-19.


We will release information about Swimming this season as soon as we know more from SO WI.
