No, there is not a certain number of days or hours required for attendance. We do ask that you register for a consistent schedule that will carry through all weeks. For example, registering for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will give you those days every week of the year. 

You can register for morning, afternoon, or all-day sessions. You do not need to register for the same times each day of the week, but the schedule will remain consistent across weeks. We unfortunately, cannot accomodate drop-ins.

Each day at Evolve 365 participants can expect intentional programming designed to build life skills, enhance social skills, increase confidence, and build relationship with peers. This includes outings into the community, lessons on household chores, money management, safety, and more, crafts, games, job shadowing, physical activity, and so much more!

Students participate in 1-2 outings per day to increase confidence in the community, build skills, explore interests, and create memories with friends. Some examples of outings include sensory gyms, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, museums, coffee shops, fitness centers, and volunteering at other nonprofits in the community.

*The cost of Community Outings is INCLUDED in the hourly rate- there are NO additional costs associated with daily community outings.

SOAR Fox Cities does NOT provide transportation to or from Evolve 365. Late drop-off or early pick-up from programming can be accommodated, but program staff should be notified as soon as possible and parents may need to drop off/pick up their young adult from a community location, if the group is out at that time.

Transportation IS provided to and from daily community outings to the SOAR building, Evolve 365’s primary location. This includes using both public (Valley Transit) and private (buses, Uber) transportation- another life skill we teach at Evolve 365.
