Ages: 6-16

 

1^st 20 to sign up – will then move to a waitlist

Registration Deadline: July 9^th, 2015

 

BEFORE KAMP:

1. Participant Information form must be turned in by August 1^st, 2015
2. Release of Liability with photo and pick up info.
3. Payment has to be received prior to the start of Kamp.  Please go to our homepage and click on the DONATE button to make a payment.

 

Daily Themes

Monday – Space is The Place

Tuesday – Buggin Out

Wednesday – Hawaiian Hullabaloo

Thursday – Game Show Mania

 

Food

Morning and Afternoon snack provided

Lunch Provided

 

Meds

If your son/daughter needs medication during this time, please put the medication in a ziplock bag labeled with their name and dispensing time.  If there are specific directions (ex: take with food). Please include those with any information that is turned in prior to camp.

 

Sunscreen:

SOAR staff will have sunscreen to apply when the Kamp goes outdoors.  If your son/daughter has specific sunscreen needs, please provide this in a bag labeled with their name.

 

Change of Clothes

Please provide a change of clothes that can be kept at Kamp for the week as a precaution.
