SOAR Fox Cities empowers youth and adults with differing abilities through its social, recreational, and educational programs. Our Special Olympics team with 250 participating athletes is the 3rd largest in Wisconsin. Due to SOAR’s new name and logo, Special Olympics uniform guidelines, and a growing number of participating athletes with financial limitations, we need to reach our goal of $40,000* for new uniforms.
