World Down Syndrome Day is coming up on the 21st, with a little over two days to go media sources are sharing all kinds of great videos. Here at the Arc we want to share some of the with you. But before sharing an awesome video I want to share a little bit more about WDSD 2014!
This year is the 9th anniversary of WDSD, every year there is a theme that has a different focus. This year the theme is “Health and Wellbeing- Access and Equality for All”. The Arc is always looking for fun ways to provide you with ways to get active and healthy whether it’s a cooking class or fitness class!
